低筋面粉: 68克, 黄油: 68克, 黑咖啡粉: 5克, 热水: 20毫升, 鸡蛋: 1个(带壳60克左右), 细砂糖: 68克, 泡打粉: 1克
步骤
1黄油隔水融化,5克黑咖啡粉冲20毫升热水泡开冷却

2将鸡蛋和细砂糖充分打匀,蛋液显白色即可

3将过筛后的低筋面粉和泡打粉加入鸡蛋液中搅匀

4再加入咖啡液搅匀

5最后加入黄油液搅匀后,将面糊室温下静放30分钟(冬天的情况下)如果是夏天冰箱冷藏30分钟

6同时将模具做防粘处理,涂油撒粉

7将静放好的面糊(放冰箱冷藏的需烤前回温)摇入模具中,八分满即可,烤箱预热180度,烤20分钟即可
