素苦瓜盅 ( Steamed Balsam Pear Bowl with Fried Rice)

原料

苦瓜: 一根, 红白米饭: 1/2碗, 胡萝卜: 1/4根, 豆豉: 少许, 盐: 1/4小匙

步骤

1红白米饭煮好(我用的是红米和白米1:3的比例),打散待用;胡萝卜切丁待用;

2苦瓜洗净切成等长小段,用小勺子把瓤挖出,上蒸锅大火蒸五分钟;

3热锅下芝麻油,放入胡萝卜丁炒香,然后加入豆豉炒片刻,加入米饭和盐小火翻炒均匀,盛出;

4将炒好的米饭用勺子塞入苦瓜中,再放入蒸锅蒸五分钟左右,关火。
