Pulled Pork

原料

pork shoulder(butt): 5 lbs, 黄洋葱: 2, 蒜瓣: 4, 鸡汤(chicken stock): 1 cup, 红糖: 1 tablespoon, kosher salt: 1 tablespoon, chili powder: 1 tablespoon, 茴香粉: 1/2 teaspoon, 肉桂粉: 1/4 teaspoon, 现磨黑椒: 看着拧几下, ↓BBQ酱↓: Gordon Ramsay的方子, 洋葱: 1个, 蒜: 3瓣, 海盐,现磨黑椒: 适量, 红糖: 1 tablespoon, smoked paprika: 1 teaspoon, cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon, Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons, 番茄酱: 6 tablespoons, 橄榄油: 适量

步骤

1猪肉洗净,厨房纸擦干水分

2混合六种干香料,均匀涂抹在猪肉表面

3洋葱蒜瓣切片,铺在慢炖锅底

4猪肉放进慢炖锅,倒入鸡汤,高火7小时左右

5猪肉取出,剔除骨头和肥肉,手撕或两把叉子撕碎,和锅底洋葱混合

6BBQ酱:热锅橄榄油,下切碎的蒜和洋葱,加入少量盐和现磨黑椒调味;加入红糖,焦糖化后加入smoked paprika;加cider vinegar并收一点汁;加Worcestershire sauce和番茄酱,烹调3分钟。

7步骤5加锅底汤汁,或者加步骤6的BBQ酱,混匀。

8最后夹进sandwich roll/tortilla什么的都行。
