4银耳泡发半小时后撕成朵

5红枣对半切 去壳 (或者直接买切好了,我家是屯了好多小包装的颗枣,不早点吃完怕坏。)

6然后就把这些处理好的原料一股脑的扔进锅,加2.5升水煮,大火煮沸(过程要时不时搅一搅,怕粘锅),再换小火慢慢熬,大火小火反复转换,煮到银耳软糯胶质充分为止。

7出锅前三分钟把蔓越莓和冰糖扔进去煮。
