土豆: , 红薯: , 淮山: , 西兰花: , 秋葵: , 圣女果: , 抱子甘蓝: , 美乃滋: , 柠檬酱: , 牛奶: , 盐: , 百奇巧克力饼干:

步骤

1蒸熟土豆红薯淮山,分别将土豆和红薯去皮捣碎,根据喜好调味(我用美乃滋和牛奶调味土豆泥,用柠檬酱和牛奶调味红薯泥),淮山去皮切薄片做装饰

2将西兰花、秋葵、抱子甘蓝放入在沸水中焯熟,整形待用

3圣女果切两刀,待用

4装盘:底层土豆泥,上附红薯泥,周边点缀西兰花、秋葵、淮山片,顶层用抱子甘蓝的纵切片摆出大树的样纸,圣女果摆出爱心 百奇巧克力棒可以做蜡烛哦
