椰蓉: 30g, 黄油: 5g, 牛奶: 450g, 香草精: 5ml, 盐: 3g, 鸡蛋: 4个, 糯米粉: 320g, 白砂糖: 150g, 红枣片: 适量, 8寸固底圆模:
步骤
1在模内壁用刷子涂层黄油,备用。

2将椰蓉放入烤箱,轻微空烤至上色,大约5分钟,备用。

3将鸡蛋打散,加入细砂糖,搅拌至糖溶化;

4加入糯米粉拌至半干粉状,再倒入150g牛奶,搅拌至顺滑无颗粒状;

5倒入剩余的300g牛奶,搅拌均匀;

6最后加入香草精和盐,搅拌均匀;

7将面糊倒入烤盘,放入烤箱,180度,25分钟;

8取出烤盘,表面撒上椰蓉,再撒上适量红枣碎,用勺轻压至面糊里(为了避免红枣烤太干影响口感);

9再次送入烤箱,烘烤180度,25-30分钟,表面上的即可;
