步骤

1牛肝菌干 洗净 防水泡发

2白果 洗净 芹菜 去根 洗净 浸泡片刻 切3cm段 香肠 洗净 切片 胡萝卜碎 洗净(或胡萝卜?洗净 去皮 切丝)

3取 一口锅 放适量水 加盐 水大滚 放入 芹菜汆烫 小滚1分钟后 取出 浸入冷水  放凉 取出沥干 (上面步骤 忘记放图) 取一口锅 热锅冷油 放入香肠 略微翻炒 放入 胡萝卜 翻炒 放入 汆烫过的芹菜 放入 牛肝菌及其泡发的水 放入 白果 翻炒 加盖

4数分钟后 开盖 加适量盐糖 调味出锅
