1把五花肉的肥肉取下来

2准备好余干辣椒(大家可以看到这个辣椒真的是大小适中咯)

3将肥肉切成小块,瘦肉也切成小块

4将辣椒切开

5锅内烧干水,转小火

6放入切好的肥肉块,一定保持小火

7等到一边变黄了,用筷子翻面,等到全部都变成金黄色。(这个时候一定要在锅边守着,一定要有耐心咯。油渣变黑了就不行了,不光是油渣不能吃,连熬出的油也要全部倒掉咯,因为炸焦了的东西不光是口感不好,还是有害身体的咯)

8将炼好油的油渣用筷子拣出
