黄豆 奶油奶酪 绵白糖 吉利丁粉:
步骤
1黄豆一小杯淘洗干净加水适量倒入豆浆机(可以加一点核桃仁、花生仁等自己喜欢的干果仁),打成豆浆备用;

2奶油奶酪200g切成块加入绵白糖50g隔加着热的热水手动搅拌成顺滑的奶酪糊;

3将200ml豆浆(可以留下少量豆渣,口感差一点,但更健康哦!)倒入奶油奶酪糊搅拌均匀

4吉利丁粉15g左右(喜欢韧性Q弹口感的可增加2g,喜欢柔嫩润滑口感的可减少2g)用加水调开,充分搅拌成吉利丁液后倒入豆浆奶酪糊;

5调好的慕斯液倒入垫好锡纸(防漏)的活底模具中,震一震,晾凉,封上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏过夜;
