bread flour: 250g, sugar: 25g, salt: 2g, quick-rise yeast: 3g, 10% cream: 50g, milk: 50g, egg: 50g, butter: 15g, COCONUT SPREAD: , egg: 15g, butter: 10g, sweetened coconut flakes: 30g
1mix the coconut spread ingredients all together
2mix flour and yeast in the bowl,then pour all the other ingredients other than the butter into the bowl and switch the kitchenaid stand mixer to 2 ,let it mix for about 30 minutes.
3cut the butter into small cubes and throw them to the bowl,continue to mix for another 30 minutes until the dough is absolutely stretchable.
4put the dough in a warm place and wait the yeast working until the dough is twice bigger.(usually an hour)
