5用蒜蓉把油锅煎香后就可以下鸡排了~我喜欢用中火,快速又留住鸡汁,两边煎至金黄就可以,放凉切成条块状,便于等下吸收咖喱的味道~

6用煎鸡排的油来大火翻遍

7把鸡排和炒好的蔬菜放在锅里,加入椰汁和虾米,以及少量的水,慢炖食材,待沸腾后加入咖喱屋即食咖喱~轻轻搅拌,小火焖煮10分钟,让咖喱与食材完全融合在一起后就OK啦!
