鸡精: 2勺, 兔肉: 1只, 仔姜: 3块, 小米椒: 30个(根据自己口味), 姜: 5片, 料酒: 3勺, 花椒: 30粒, 八角: 4个, 淀粉: 1勺, 盐: 5克(根据自己口感), 豆瓣酱: 2勺, 泡椒: 30个, 老姜: 1块, 青椒: 30个, 蒜: 5瓣, 生抽: 2勺
步骤
1兔肉去骨放入芡粉-料酒-盐一起腌制一会儿!下锅前倒点色拉油拌匀(防止粘锅)

2菜油在油锅里烧热8成熟,但不能把兔肉放进去,关火待油温稍微冷却一点把兔肉放进去穿一下!然后捞起来!

3捞起后用锅里的油放入泡海椒-大葱段-八角-山奈-花椒-豆瓣酱-生抽,待佐料炒香-注水!

4先放入香菇煮7成熟
