酸菜: 2颗, 冬笋: 2颗, 胡萝卜: 半根, 猪肉: 100g, 香菇: 5朵, 大蒜叶: 2根, 小米椒: 2个, 白糖: 2调料勺
步骤
1家里腌的是这种酸菜,各地叫法不一,我们浙江叫它咸白菜,因为是用白菜腌制的(不是大白菜,这种白菜是青菜的一种)

2酸菜洗净切碎(如果很酸可用冷水浸泡一小时或半天)

3冬笋切片

4猪肉切条事先用胡椒粉、盐、糖、料酒、生粉腌十分钟

5香菇切片(我用新鲜香菇,也可用别的菇类,如何是干香菇要提前泡发)

6胡萝卜切片

7锅内放油,油量比一般炒菜要多点,油热后先放冬笋片煸炒,炒豆冬笋片变黄,嫩芽微焦

8再放入事先腌好的猪肉,炒至断生

11加小米椒,所有料加好后多炒一会,放2调味勺白糖(主要看酸菜的酸度,根据实际情况调整),盐我一般不放的,酸菜一般都咸的。

12可适当加点开水,油够多的话不加也行,最后加青蒜段,加少许味精就可出锅
