7尖椒,圆葱,胡萝卜切丁备用。胡萝卜用水焯熟

8先把牛肉丁下锅翻炒。颜色变深后盛出备用

9不用刷锅直接用剩下的油。到入圆葱和尖椒。炒出香味

10倒入胡萝卜。加盐,酱油,一点点糖和醋(一丢丢不要多提味用 ,醋也就加了两滴)
