原料
包菜: 一整个, 猪肉末: 210g, 香菇: 8朵, 油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 葱: 适量, 熟米饭: 3杯(5人量)
步骤
1事先用温水把8朵香菇泡软,泡软后切点

2再把包菜洗净,切成两半,再切丝,后再切点

3开大火,放适量油烧热,把肉末放进炒熟,再放适量盐

4把炒熟的肉末撂放在一边,把香菇爆香后,把肉末炒均匀再拿个碗装起来

5装后。把切好的包菜翻炒放适量盐,放适量沙茶王、葱炒匀
