原料
糯米: 5kg, 杜荆灰: 500g, 棕叶: 150片, 捆绳: 150根, 肉: 250g, 香菇: 100g, 盐,味精,酱油: 根据自己口味主要是拿来炒肉馅
步骤
1从山上砍些杜荆回来,晒干,烧成灰

2把杜荆灰放锅里熬水,用来洗米,这时米就泛黄了

3准备好棕叶和捆绳
