小技巧
1、番茄土豆洋葱比例自己看着办,问题不大的哈,土豆可以起到增稠的作用,相当于淀粉 2、炸虾的时候,为了省油,可以把锅子略微倾斜,虾最好沥干水,这样刚入锅的时候油不会溅的很厉害 3、做黑椒汁的话,是不用放油的,因为黑椒虾的话,我就放了点虾油,增加鲜味
