港式吐司,很松软绵密的一款吐司,密封放了两天还是很柔软,原方来自大旺老师,略有更改。
原料
高筋面粉500g, 糖90g, 耐高糖酵母6g, 盐4g, 鸡蛋60g, 水280g, 黄油50g, 奶粉16g
步骤
1 准备好所有材料

2 混合除黄油外所有材料,启动揉面,起筋膜时加入黄油继续揉
