原料
白菜 1颗, 腌制盐 适量, 糯米粉 2两, 水 适量, 辣椒粉 4两, 雨露 150ml, 姜末 适量, 蒜末 7颗蒜, 洋葱 1个(切丝), 苹果 1个大的(插成丝), 糖 1大勺
步骤
1将白菜从中间劈开

2把腌制盐均匀的撒在白菜上及其缝隙间

3加入40度左右的温水,并莫过白菜,用重物压住(嘻嘻,我用的矿泉水瓶在里面加满水)腌制一宿,转天洗掉盐分,尝一下是不是还咸,直至尝起来不咸为止

4糯米粉与水的比例是1:2放在锅子里熬制

5用勺子一直搅拌,如果看糯米粉干了就加入水并转小火继续熬制

6熬制3,4分钟差不多,成粘稠状即可,放凉

7辣椒粉加入晾凉的糯米糊

8再加入雨露

10加入姜末,蒜末,还有洋葱丝

11然后将苹果插成丝

16均匀的擦在白菜叶上

17然后再放下上面的叶子均匀的擦上料

18使每一个的白菜叶儿上都擦上聊
