2肉末加葱末,姜末,鸡蛋,料酒,生抽,香油,盐,胡椒粉,糖

3往一个方向搅拌上劲

4面筋揭开一小块,把里面的筋络搅断,塞满肉馅再盖上盖,防止露馅

5上热水锅蒸10-15分左右。(要把肉圆蒸熟)

6蒸好的肉圆重新入锅,加料酒,生抽,少许老抽,糖煮开

7大火收汁,(收汁要不断翻炒,让汤汁均匀的裹在肉圆上,不用另外加盐了)
