1面团的准备材料

2一碗温水把酵母化开(酵母和面粉的比例是1:100,也要根据温度自己调节)

3把融化的酵母水分辨次倒面粉中,边倒水,边用筷子搅拌,直到看见面粉开始结块。用手反复搓揉

4待面粉揉成团,用湿布或者锅盖将器皿里的面团盖严,放在温暖的地方

5静置到原面团的两倍大小左右
