20可以尝下咸淡,不够的话加点盐,汤汁要稍稍偏咸的,这样卤出来的肉咸淡刚好

21盖上锅盖继续小火卤(这个时间没有一定哈,有时间不心疼燃气就多煮一会儿好了)

22肉啊豆腐啊鸡蛋,上色均匀,肉用筷子戳下,可以轻易戳开!啃起来!!!(不急着啃的话,可以泡在卤汁里泡一会儿,这样味道更赞!)

23捞出香料渣,滤出卤汁

24这个下次做的时候就是老卤汁了。可以在加了新料的同时倒进去同煮,每一次不用留很多的,定量那点就行了。放冰箱,不常做卤味的话,最好速冻,有时间就拿出来煮下再继续冷藏

1、自己喜欢哈,鸡爪鸭爪等等等。。都可以卤 2、尽量用比较耐煮的食材,有些食材注意下放的先后顺序就好
