糯米粉 300克, 菠菜 五颗,取汁60克, 胡萝卜 二根,取汁60克

1胡萝卜去皮后切小块,加适量的水

8取汁水备用

9然后取100克糯米面加60克菠菜汁揉成面团,然后取10分之一小面团放水中煮开再重新放回原面团中揉好,这样做出来的汤圆会比较粘。不容易开列。同理用100克糯米粉加60克胡萝卜汁揉成胡萝卜面团,100克糯米粉加60克水揉成白色面团,个人认为加10克澄粉用开水烫熟再放回原面团揉均匀,口感会比较好

10然后分成5克的小剂子揉成圆形

11锅中水烧开,再放入汤圆煮浮起,等1分钟左右取出

12如果喜欢甜的可以揉面时加少许白糖。或者在汤水中加适量蜂蜜也行
