原料
羊肉 250克, 大葱 1/2根, 孜然粒 1汤匙(10克), 辣椒干 3个, 洋葱 1/5个, 料酒 1匙, 生抽 1匙, 盐 1/2匙, 糖 1/4匙, 蒜瓣 三个,切片, 油 少许
步骤
1羊肉洗干净,切成大小相小粒,大约长宽1cm就好

2切好的羊肉再冲洗一遍,沥干水分,放入生抽和料酒和糖腌制大约十五分钟

4锅热油大约7成热,倒入羊肉大火爆炒
