原料

熟透的番茄: 300g (约3个), 红洋葱(切碎): 70g (约1个小的), 薄荷(切碎): 3 tbs, 中筋粉: 100g, 泡打粉: 1 tsp, 橄榄油:

步骤

1番茄去掉柄,切成6瓣,再把每瓣切成4-5块

2在1中加入洋葱、薄荷、一半面粉混合,用盐和胡椒调味。静置10分钟

3剩余面粉、泡打粉,加水80ml,做成面团。加入2中,混合均匀

4在不沾煎锅中加热橄榄油(1.5cm高的量)

5用调羹从3中挖出适中大小的球,放入4的油锅中炸至变色

6炸好的球捞出来沥干油。撒上少量盐。
