sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1 inch cubes: 1 medium, Nondairy milk: 1/4 cup, nutritional yeast: 3 tbsp, soy sauce: 2 tbsp, lemon juice: 2 tbsp, sriracha: 1 tbsp, garlic powder: 1/2 tsp, Salt: 1/4 tsp
1Place sweet potato cubes into medium saucepan and cover with water. Place on stovetop over high heat and bring to a boil. Lower heat and allow to simmer until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and allow to cool a bit.
2Place sweet potato and all remaining ingredients into food processor bowl. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of the bowl as needed. Taste test and adjust seasonings as needed. Blend again.
3Add more milk if it is hard to blend or the batch is too thick.
