小技巧
煎鱼的锅一定要洗干净,为防止沾皮,可以用姜擦下锅内再放油,我今天直接就放油了,鱼刚下锅不要立马翻面,要不然会破皮,待鱼皮成型了再翻面,还有热水下锅也不要立马用锅铲去动鱼,待水沸腾了轻轻晃动锅即可 虽然只放了葱姜,但鱼很鲜很好吃,完全没有腥味
