原料
低筋面粉: 100克, 橙汁: 80毫升, 黄油: 40克, 葡萄干: 30克, 泡打粉: 1小勺, 细砂糖: 50克, 盐: 1/4小勺, 全蛋液: 25克(半个全蛋)
步骤
1将葡萄干用水浸泡20分钟左右,捞出沥水,用厨房纸巾把多余的水分吸掉

2面粉和泡打粉混合均匀,过筛到容器里,加入砂糖和盐混匀
