面粉: 200克(多准备一些揉面用), 酵母: 2克, 不超过40度的温水: 110克, 泡打粉: 1-2克, 白糖: 3克, 粗磨芝麻核桃碎: 适量, 细磨芝麻核桃糊: 适量, 红糖: 适量
步骤
1把面粉,白糖,酵母,泡打粉混合好,用温水和面,成光滑面团,饧十五分钟。直接包,夏天怕发大了影响口感,所以包完了再发,这是专业老师教我的,真的很方便
