小技巧
1.市场有剥好的毛豆卖,不想剥毛豆的同学可以直接买毛豆仁; 2.油条不禁煮,放入锅中稍滚即可; 3.此道菜可选用吃剩的老油条,不仅筋道有劲,而且入汤后不易散; 4.毛豆虽营养丰富,不过一次最好不要吃太多,因为毛豆是高能蔬菜,能量和脂肪都比较高; 5.多数油条还是属于高热量、高油脂、少营养的食物,偶尔为之即可,不宜多吃。
