3Add flour, oat bran, wheat germ, baking powder, and cinnamon to jar. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 4–6 times or until dry ingredients are incorporated; do not overblend.
4Add cranberries to jar, and incorporate with spoon or spatula. Allow batter to sit a few minutes.
5Meanwhile, grease muffin tin or line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Pour batter into muffin tin, and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
