原料
鸡胗: 300克, 蒜薹: 100克, 泡椒: 10只, 姜: 5片, 葱: 适量, 大蒜: 3瓣, 料酒: 适量, 盐: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 青椒: 1只, 红椒: 1只
步骤
1 1..泡椒.红绿辣椒切丁,蒜薹切小丁生姜蒜瓣切片

2 2.将鸡胗仔细洗干净切片,用盐、料酒、泡椒水拌匀腌制十五分钟待用
