原料
茄子: 5个, 土豆: 3个, 青椒: 2个, 大蒜: 姜, 葱: 味精, 淀粉: 酱油, 十三香: 耗油
步骤
1土豆切厚片(不然炸完内里就不软了),下锅大火炸硬挺捞出,待油温升高复炸,炸好的土豆片会鼓起泡泡,基本上所有的土豆片就都熟了

2油温升高后下茄子炸

3炸到外表金黄内里柔软,这样就可以了

4捞出控油

5再把青椒炸个8到10秒捞出来

6在炸食材的空挡,切好蒜,葱,姜碎。放入容器,加味精,淀粉,盐,十三香,酱油,耗油后放,加适量水调均

7这步就简单了,锅里炸土豆茄子的油都倒出去,开火到入调好的芡汁

可以用青椒(东北叫大辣椒),也可以用辣椒(长的辣椒),个人还是觉得大辣椒好吃,但是这次没有,所以放的辣椒
