柠汁鸡胸炒芦笋 Lemon chicken with asparagus stir-fry

原料

精选鸡胸肉: , 芦笋: , 柠檬: , 蔬菜包: , 调料包:

步骤

1将鸡胸肉洗净,切5厘米长短的鸡柳;彩椒,卷心菜切丝;芦笋切段,大小同鸡柳相仿;葱姜切圆片;

2准备一只小碗,将柠檬汁挤入后再倒入酱油搅拌后,备用;

3中高火热锅,倒入2/3橄榄油,放入鸡肉,频繁翻炒2-3分钟左右,变白无血色后盛出备用;

4锅中倒入剩余橄榄油,放入姜片和所有蔬菜进行翻炒,大约3-4分钟,关火后,撒上墨西哥香料,拌匀;

5将蔬菜和鸡肉倒入碗中,淋上步骤2的酱汁,均匀搅拌后撒上大葱,装盘即可。
