鱼头: 1个, 太子剁椒: 35ml, 蒜头: 2瓣, 生姜: 1块, 葱: 1棵, 米酒: 5ml, 盐: 3ml, 白砂糖: 2ml, 金标生抽: 10ml, 油: 10ml
步骤
1鱼头去掉鱼鳃,清洗干净,剖开两半,底部相连

2用5ml的白酒底面抹遍鱼头

5姜、蒜切末,葱切成葱花备用

6腌过的鱼头两边打开,趴着放在碟子上,上面铺上姜片。锅里水开后,放进锅里,大火蒸3分钟

7取出,夹掉姜片,倒掉盘子里的汤汁

8在第6步蒸鱼的时候,另外起油锅,爆香蒜末、姜末,放入太子剁椒一起炒出香味

9把煸炒过的姜、蒜末和剁椒一起铺在鱼头上面
