1青菜、平菇洗净,Q趣(香肠)切丝,笋切丁,备好腰果,千张皮切丝后放入开水中烫2分钟后捞出沥干(去豆腥),锅中入清水,加少许盐,淋入一匙橄榄油,水开后放入青菜、平菇、笋丁焯烫10秒后捞出浸入冷水,后捞出沥干备用

2锅中入一匙油,入平菇、笋丁翻炒;

3在锅中倒入鸡汤煮开,放入烫过的千张丝,大火煮约3分钟,临起锅时再放入焯烫过的青菜和香肠丝

4(鸡汤里已有咸味,所以之后我就没再加盐,这样菜会比较鲜美)装盘后撒上事先准备好了的腰果。完成啦!
