1低筋面粉与巧克力粉混合过筛备用

2融化黄油,备用(黄油始终保持液态)

5蛋液开始变得轻盈

8倒进铺好油纸的烤盘(我这里用的是28乘28的方烤盘)

9烤箱预热~210度大约烤10分钟~烤好后倒扣,撕开油纸

10用油纸盖好,防止蛋糕干硬

12取出一半,加入用少量热水融化的巧克力粉液体(这里的液体要冷却好再用)

13蛋糕分成五等份

16蛋糕卷一圈圈的卷好定型(这里中间的稍微有点干了,蛋糕断了囧,大家一定要吸取教训啊!)

17最后抹上剩下的白色奶油,然后装饰就完成了!

手机直接上传的菜谱,所以图片惨不忍睹~大家不要见怪啊!(>﹏<)现在发现手机上传不是很方便,图片顺序老是乱,我后来又用电脑修改了一下。
