3忘记和面时拍照了,用水调匀酵母,把糖,油,牛奶放入面粉中,稍稍混合,再加入调和好的酵母水,揉成光滑面团,烤箱下层加热水,面团放中层,上下火20度发酵20分钟,取出面团延压,压出气泡,切成剂子,用擀面杖擀成如图大小面片
