原料
云腿小猪蹄: 1只, 花生: 35g, 天麻: 20g, 白萝卜: 1000g, 猪腱子肉: 150G, 姜片: 3片, 香菜: 适量
步骤
1花生事先洗净泡一下水备用;

2猪蹄也用水洗一下浸泡备用;

3天麻用清水洗一下尘土即可;

4萝卜去皮切大块,切姜三片;

5瘦肉也切大块备用;

6锅中煮约1.5-2L的水,把小猪蹄和瘦肉,姜片下锅;

7煮开后抹掉血沫,下白萝卜和花生;

8大火煮开,后转小火煲约1.5-2小时即可~食用前下香菜。(我把食材转移到电饭煲用模汤功能继续了)

小技巧
此处要注意,因为云南火腿是腌过的,比较咸,所以我认为刚好够味就没放盐了
