原料
鲫鱼: 一条(大约一斤左右), 粉丝(粗的): 50g(用自来水浸泡), 鸡精味精: 一汤匙 具体按自己口味添加, 耗油: 10克, 白胡椒粉: 5克, 蒸鱼豉油: 10克(太多了会咸), 剁椒: 50克, 辣油: 3两(具体按自己口味添加)
步骤
1将鲫鱼 以梅花刀,改刀,然后一劈为二

2放入鸡精味精,(切记所有步骤中不要放盐)
