2上蒸锅蒸到筷子一碰就会碎

3放不粘锅里用筷子夹碎

4分次加入炼乳,搅拌均匀,尝一下,到自己觉得合适以后再加30g

5加入牛奶或者淡奶油

6搅拌均匀,使劲把紫薯块压碎

7中下火慢慢翻拌,千万不能糊锅。看状态慢慢减小火

8然后加黄油/没有味道的油。继续慢慢炒。做馅放油,做紫薯沙不用

9最后会粘粘的但是不沾锅和铲子。而且跟揉面似的有阻力。放保鲜袋里。
