7然后舀一勺面糊到班戟盘中,尽量不要多,倾斜角度尽量满盘,面糊多会太厚

8所有班戟皮做好,放在油纸上,我用的是油布,家里的油纸太小,包好放冰箱冷藏半小时以上待用

9准备芒果,淡奶油
