苹果: 200克(1个), 无盐黄油: 10克, 细砂糖: 30克, 自制香草精: 5ML, 低粉: 150克, 无盐黄油: 90克, 细砂糖: 60克, 鸡蛋: 1个, 无铝泡打粉: 5克, 小苏打: 1/2小勺
步骤
1苹果去皮切丁
2平底锅放黄油融化,加入苹果丁和糖拌匀
3苹果丁开始出水,不断搅拌至水分快收干时,加香草精,水分收感后继续炒至苹果有粘性
4焦糖苹果丁倒在烤盘上铺平
5预热烤箱,上下火,中上层,170度10分钟,取出后稍微搅一下,晾凉
6黄油室温软化
