小技巧
1.苹果选择中等大小的就可以,也可以使用青苹果; 2.加热细砂糖一定要用小火,以免焦糊; 3.放入模具的馅料不要太多,否则不易脱模; 4.烘烤时间供参考,可用牙签测试法,插入后拔出时无面糊附着就代表蛋糕熟透了。
