1茧蛹洗干净放入盘中

2锅中放水烧开,隔水蒸5分钟,关火出锅,等晾晾了

4再把香菜梗切段,姜切丝花椒,干辣椒都备好

5把茧蛹放入盆里放少许盐拌匀再放入干淀粉拌匀

6锅中放适量的油烧到8成热了,一个一个的把茧蛹放入油中炸
