原料
中筋面粉 200g, 荞麦粉 200g, 速发干酵母 4g, 温水 220g, 萝卜干 100g, 咸酸菜 100g, 肉末 100g, 干红辣椒 10g, 生抽 1茶匙, 姜 5g, 葱花 1根, 鸡粉 少许
步骤
1在面盆中将面粉与荞麦粉拌匀

2加入用温水溶解的酵母,搅拌后适量添加温水,直至将面团揉光滑。盖上保鲜膜,醒发15分钟

3将醒发好的面团分成若干等份,并搓成圆形

4用大拇指顶住面团的中间转圈,转成窝头状

5依次将面团做成窝头后放入蒸笼,窝头之间留有距离摆好,蒸笼放沸水锅上蒸15分钟即可

6将萝卜干、咸酸菜切成丁,肉剁成碎末,干辣椒切碎,姜、葱切末

7炒锅倒入适量油烧热,加入葱、姜末、干辣椒爆香
