虾仁 450g, 料酒 1茶勺tsp, 盐 1/2茶勺tsp, 面粉 1汤勺tbsp, 玉米淀粉 20-30g, 白胡椒 1/2茶勺tsp, 鸡蛋清 1个

1准备食材

2在一个大碗里放入虾仁、盐、白胡椒、料酒和鸡蛋清搅拌,直到蛋白出现一些细腻的泡沫后淹制10-15分钟。

3将面粉和淀粉倒入虾仁中搅拌均匀。

小技巧
- 虾仁洗净控干水分后最好用厨房纸巾吸干多余水分。
- 炸虾仁的时候尽量保持油温不要太高,否则虾仁很容易炸糊。
