原料
里嵴肉, 醪糟, 腌小萝卜 (酸甜口味的), 芥兰, 葱, 蒜, 红辣椒, 盐, 鸡蛋青, 胡椒粉, 生粉
步骤
1里脊肉切片,然后放盐,鸡蛋青、胡椒粉、生粉,腌10分钟

2腌小萝卜、芥兰、葱、蒜、都切片,红辣椒切圈,备用

3热锅放肉,多放点,待油四分热的时候把里脊片滑进去,然后用中火至熟,捞出备用

4锅里留底油,然后放葱蒜爆香

5带葱蒜香出来后,放入小萝卜片

6出香味后加芥兰

7翻炒片刻后加醪糟;(因为我的醪糟有点发酵了,所以是酸酸甜甜的)

8倒入溜好的肉片后,加少许盐和胡椒粉,勾薄欠,淋明油出锅即可
