9打一个鸡蛋

10加清水适量,拌匀成面糊糊,注意水不要多不要太稀

13清水洗几遍,洗去表面的淀粉,这样子藕颜色不会黑哈

15干生粉、藕片、肉馅儿都准备好

16取一片藕片,放适量肉馅,注意我建议肉馅不要太满,四周空一点

17再取一片大小差不多的藕片盖上去,用力压下,合在一起,上一步肉馅放太多的话,就会溢出来,所以肉馅少点按下去就刚好

18夹好的藕夹在生粉里滚一遍,表面都粘上薄薄的一层生粉,这样子方便挂糊挂的住哈

21粘了生粉的藕夹挂上面糊糊

22锅中放适量油,比平时做菜多一些哈,挂了糊的藕夹入锅

23大火一面成型后,翻面煎

24两面都成型后,转小火,慢慢煎到肉馅熟,可以多煎会儿,表面煎的焦黄,我是比较喜欢吃这种嫩一点的,或者一次做的多,一下子吃不完,建议不要煎的太过,嫩一点,吃的时候取几个回锅再煎

小技巧
1、馅儿加点生抽提鲜味 2、藕片记得不要太厚哈,然后用清水洗去表面淀粉,这样子防止藕片变黑 3、挂糊前粘生粉一层,这样子挂糊更容易!~ 4、面糊糊建议用生粉,比面粉效果好我脚的。。但是问题不大。。自己看着办!
