番茄烧豆腐面(Noodle with Braised Firm Tofu with Tomatoes)

简介

用纯番茄和酱油熬煮的酱汁,没有任何番茄酱 简简单单,谁都可以在家自己做 这就是台湾一家知名素食饭店的超级人气产品 第一次看到这个方子的简介时就一直很想尝试 这是第二次做这道面 番茄口味那个纯正啊~~

原料

番茄 三个, 老豆腐 1/4块, 手擀面 一人份, 毛豆 少许, 生抽 2大匙

步骤

1番茄洗净用小刀去蒂,底部划十字,放入沸水锅中烫一分钟;

2番茄捞出,用手去皮后切成小块;

3老豆腐切成小方块,入油锅小火煎至金黄;手擀面煮好捞出沥干备用;

4煎好的老豆腐、毛豆和番茄一起放入一个锅中,加入生抽和300毫升水小火红烧约10分钟,至番茄全部软烂成泥状关火;

5面放在最下层,把番茄烧豆腐倒在上面即可
